A new single-portion ice cream dessert inspired by one of the world’s best-loved desserts.

The recipe takes the ‘cold’ version and uses the layering of flavours and textures to multiply the flavours and allow ice cream makers to express their creativity.

The dry part is created by crumbles of various flavours and spiced biscuit. The cheese-based ice cream alternates with sauces and decorations made with fresh and nuts fruits, chocolate, and sprinkles.

Professionals can make their own version or choose from eight flavours: caramel, pistachio, chocolate, raspberry, berries, lemon cream, passion fruit, strawberry.

The dedicated kit includes ingredients, accessories, taste markers and take-away packaging.
