A new idea of ice cream

 

A crispy wafer in three versions (classic, cocoa, charcoal) filled and decorated differently for each of the 12 flavours on offer.

The outer decoration is created with chocolate, icing, grains, cereals and candied fruit.
The wafer is designed to remain crumbly and the Pasticcino gelato can be enjoyed as soon as it is removed from the refrigerator.

The combination of textures and flavour nuances between the wafer, filling and garnish creates a distinctive taste for each of the 12 versions.

For ice cream makers there is a new dedicated kit and training in their laboratory.
The kit includes wafers in three flavours, bases, toppings and decorations, an elegant recyclable cardboard take-away box and all point-of-sale communication support.

The filling of Pasticcino Gelato can also be made with Naturalatte, Naturacacao and Naturafrutta, the new short-label and clean-label base, which makes it possible to make gelato with 30% less sugar.
