THE…HANDMADE ONE
Inspired by an iconic ice cream and made with high-quality ingredients that give this artisanal cone a new flavour. The wafer is coated on the inside with chocolate and garnished with a special fiordilatte ice cream combined with creams and chocolate.
The 4 flavours are decorated with creams, nuts and fruit in syrup, pralines and a personalised chocolate.
MAKING OF – KIT
We supply everything you need to make and sell the Artisanal one: the custom-made packaging, the Artisanal wafer cone, the chocolate coating to cover the inside of the cone, a special base for the ice cream, a specially designed sac à poche nozzle for dispensing the right waves of ice cream, the customised chocolate and the decorations to make the 4 flavours, the take-away packaging.
For professionals, we provide training in our own workshop to create this ice cream dessert to perfection.
